How it works

  1. Drop your file on the box above, or click to choose one.
  2. The converter loads once, about 1.8 MB, and runs in this tab. Your file is not uploaded.
  3. Copy the Markdown, or download it as a .md file.

Questions

Why is a slide missing its title?

The slide uses a plain text box rather than the title placeholder, so nothing in the file marks that text as the title. It still appears, just as body text.

Does it work offline?

After the page and the engine have loaded once, yes — the conversion itself needs no network. The engine is fetched on your first conversion, not on page load.

Is my file uploaded to a server?

No. The converter is a WebAssembly build of the anydoc engine that runs inside your browser tab. Your file is read into memory, converted, and discarded when you close the page. Nothing is transmitted, stored, or logged.
